EAG APPOINTED IN NINE ELMS

Ballymore EG

Ballymore have selected our sister company English Architectural Glazing as specialist facade trade contractor to provide a mixture of high performance aluminium curtain walling, windows, sliding doors and rain screen cladding which Multifab will supply for this multi million pound residential development.

Embassy Gardens is a prestigious development located at the heart of the Nine Elms in the South Bank Opportunity Area which will be a landmark riverside neighbourhood adjacent to the new US Embassy.  With an enviable central location on the banks of the Thames and close to London’s cultural Southbank, Embassy Gardens takes in spectacular views of Westminster to the east, Chelsea and Pimlico to the north and the iconic Battersea Power Station to the west.

The most unusual feature of the whole development is without doubt the “Skypool” linking two blocks at level ten allowing residents to swim across from one block to the other whilst looking down through the water to street level some 30m below. Not a dip for the faint hearted!

Edward Whipp, Pre-Construction Director of EAG, comments “We are excited to add this major project to our broad portfolio of recent contract wins in the London market and are delighted to be working with Ballymore again”.

EAG will commence on site autumn 2017.
