Perforated Panels

As part of our sheet metal processing we have an LVD punch-press fitted with a bespoke multi punch cluster tool (12no 5mm Dia pins punched in single operation).

As an example we are manufacturing these perforated panels for one of our clients large projects.

Our  in-house polyester powder coating plant [‘Qualicoat’ Standard] with 9 stage pre-treatment plant  enables us to control quality by reducing the sub-contracting of manufacturing processes. This in turn reduces cost and adds value in the form of guarantees.
