Ellmer Construction have appointed our sister company EAG as specialist facade trade contractor to provide a mixture of high performance curtain walling, glass and metal rain screen cladding, as part of this multi-million pound development. Mulfifab are pleased to be manufacturing components for this prestigious scheme including this feature  opening window  (illustrated mock-up).

Currently the mock-up incorporates a Schuco AWS90 SI+ triple glazed window with bespoke feature flashing assembly and plenum assembly along with the bespoke secondary steel support frame for the stone cladding, external breather membrane and insulation to the external face of the SFS + Fire breaks to the perimeter of the window.
