The Office Team

We have a dedicated team of experienced professionals covering:

Multi Fab stakes its reputation on quality and this is applied from the moment we receive your order or enquiry right through to point of delivery. Our own browser based QC System ensures full traceability of all orders through the entire production process.

When an order is placed we allocate a specific job number which is permanently tied with that job. This is stamped on all related documentation and drawings and logged onto our computerised production planning system. At this stage, production space is booked and agreed with the client. This ensures full traceability throughout the production process from material procurement through to delivery.

Logistics

All products are submitted to final quality control checks before being despatched. To avoid any possible errors in documentation, all paperwork is generated from our dedicated computerised despatch system.

Most deliveries are made on our own transport, additionally we have close links with reliable transport companies. Our central location (near the borders of Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk), enables easy delivery to much of the Midlands and South of England.

Our investment in support systems and personnel, guarantees we have the resources to deliver on-time and without error.
